WATCH: Babes Wodumo shares heartbreaking details of Mampintsha’s passing

Babes Wodumo, also known as Bongekile Simelane, poured her heart out in a deeply emotional Instagram Live session, recounting the day she learned about the untimely passing of her husband, Mampintsha.
During the Instagram Live session on Monday night, she bared her soul to her followers, offering a raw glimpse into the aftermath of her husband’s death.
The emotional video captured the singer in tears as she shared the heartbreaking details.
Upon arriving at the hospital, Babes Wodumo disclosed that Mampintsha was already covered in a white body bag.
“When I arrived, he was covered in something white with a zip,” she said.
In a state of disbelief, she urgently insisted that her husband couldn’t breathe, prompting them to unzip the bag.
“I said to them my man can’t breathe; they unzipped the bag,” she said.

Babes Wodumo went on to reveal the harrowing experience of spending two agonising hours sleeping on Mampintsha’s chest, grappling with the harsh reality of his passing.

“I was there feeling like I am losing my mind; my sister is here, Cebolethu funeral is here. I slept for two hours on his chest,” she said.

After two hours, they removed Mampintsha’s lifeless body.

Throughout the process, she persistently insisted that they were hurting him.

In a bewildered state at the hospital, Wodumo admitted to continuously searching for cameras, desperately clinging to the hope that the entire ordeal might be an elaborate prank.

“After two hours they took him away and I left with them.. I kept on shouting that they are hurting him; my mind was somewhere else I look at the cameras and I don’t see them hoping that they are playing with me” she said.
The heart-wrenching video has left fans deeply moved, offering their heartfelt sympathy and support to Babes Wodumo.
