The programme will focus on the trials, triumphs and stories of resilience from some of your favourite local celebs as they share some personal challenges they had to go to get to the top.

Taking to Instagram Zandi shared her excitement and what the opportunity meant to her.

“I’ve worked on many projects that have given me joy but none is as close to my heart like Uncut. I can finally say it feels amazing to be back in front of the camera presenting!”

Zandisile shares that the best part about this experience is how her guests are their authentic selves, which makes it easier for her to delve deep into their lives.

She adds that she is honoured that she can give each of them the recognition they deserve while they are still alive.

“I am privileged to sit weekly with stalwarts of the art & entertainment industry & express our appreciation of their contributions to an industry that brings us joy as a country. Ours as Uncut, is to give them acknowledgment & thank them for running so everyone who has access to this industry can today walk!”

The first episode premieres on Saturday 25th November at 19h00 on the BET Africa channel.
