Feeling connected and grounded within yourself comes with the responsibility of keeping your mind strong, and your body active. In today’s world, there are loads of digital apps that can help us achieve these goals! From guided meditations to running clubs and at-home workouts, these apps can help you get started:

Mediation apps for the mind

Headspace is amazing for beginners and will teach you the basics of meditation with guided sessions for all kinds of scenarios. It also has some great sleep stories, mindful workouts and focus music.

Chopra App is Deepak Chopra’s meditation app. It’s great for anyone who wants music, sound and mantra.

The Gym Romance classes on Zoom. Lexi loves Lauren-Kate’s classes on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 6:30 am. They’re just 30 minutes and really get you working up a sweat.

The be.come Project. Bethany Meyers’ workouts from The be.come Project are loved by Lexi – it’s a bit of Pilates, dancing and HIIT in 28 minutes to a great soundtrack.

The Nike Run Club App – which is free! We have used the guided runs with Coach Bennett to up our running game, and we’re running further than ever before!
