Actor and producer Sayitsheni Mdakhi also known as Dam-Dam by many, after his excellent portrayal of the character on Isibaya, took to his social media to praise the Bomb Shelter Film creatives for their dedication in telling Mzansi stories the best way possible.

The former South African Airways cabin crew member posted a photo of Bomb film creatives, Desiree Markgraaf, Teboho Mahlatsi and Angus Gibson. He accompanied the photo with a special caption, sharing:

“The late legendary @mla.est1974 Moonyeenn Lee brought them together. A documentary about how to create a winning formula is needed here, (Don’t look at me, I’m a Bolt driver). I’m blessed to have stood on the shoulders of these great giants. Custodians of the true and uncompromising narration of South African stories.”

The actor recently trended after a publication posted a story that he felt was created by his funny friend Chris Radebe, claiming he was now a Bolt driver. Mdarkie, as called by his former co-workers, shared some milestones the Bomb Shelter Film company has achieved in the industry.

Stating: “Yizo Yizo became a subject matter in parliament – Jacob’s Cross was the first intercontinental series – Isibaya was the flagship of Telenovelas in SA – and NOW the historical @shakailembe_mzansi coming soon.”

Gushing over the upcoming Shaka iLembe, which feature stars such as Nomzamo Mbatha, Khabonina Qubeka, Lemogang Tsipa and Senzo Radebe, the actor added:

“iLembe is going to get tongues wagging. Historical errors are going to be rectified here. Henry Fynn is shaking wherever he is.”

The funny actor concluded his post adding, “Imp’yeza” (the war is coming).
