Actress Masasa Mbangeni has opened up about her breakup with her ex-boyfriend Gwydion Beynon.

According to reports, Masasa and Gwydion had allegedly split up about two years ago. The pair was also said to have been staying together. However, neither the actress nor the scriptwriter have confirmed or denied the ending of their relationship when the news surfaced back in December 2022.

ZiMoja previously reported that the Scandal actress and boyfriend Gwydion were no longer an item, which followed a very sad break-up that had left Mbangeni in a very ‘traumatic’ state.

The award-winning actress took to her Twitter timeline over the weekend, where she disclosed some factors that dampened the mood of her romantic relationship with ex-boyfriend Gwydion.

Masasa spoke about how living with your partner is not conducive to a long-term and happy relationship, as she tweeted:

“The only way this is achievable is if you don’t live together. Cohabitation kills romance. Kills everything in fact. Don’t drag me I don’t have a father,” she wrote.

The actress also revealed that her wish for her next relationship is to live in a different house from her partner.

“If I event meet someone again I really want us to love each other on the same land just different houses. I deeply desire this.”
