Media personality Enhle Mbali speaks about forgiveness and letting go in the third episode of  “Soul Binge.”

The mother of two started Soul Binge after cutting all of her hair off and made the announcement of starting a new chapter in her life.

The star created Soul Binge as a way to give motivational and inspirational words to her followers on her Instagram account.

One the third episode, speaking on her Instagram account, the actress urged her followers to forgive.

“It’s important to release yourself from anything that binds your spirit and mind which ultimately binds your body. Forgiveness is the ultimate mark of strength. Forgive everyone including yourself. Wright down everyone who has made you feel as if you were wronged, everyone you have wronged including yourself (it’s important to forgive you !!! for allowing yourself to be done wrong or not protecting yourself) . After writing this list ask for forgiveness, forgive then burn it. You have to be extremely honest with self. Do some deep introspection. Good luck,” she wrote.

On her second episode of Soul Binge, the star encouraged her followers to do things that make them happy.

“Hi hi my beza’s. Happy Tuesday. It’s day 2 our soul binge. Today we fill our cups before we do any meaningful work. It’s like in the aeroplane safety demonstration, they explain that in the case of an emergency, an air bag will drop them down. Use it on yourself before you can help anyone else. Same idea applies today. Do something that makes you happy no matter how small it may be. Bear in mind you’re still fasting and going strong,” she wrote.
