Late slain rapper Kiernan “AKA” Forbes childhood friend Simphiwe Gumede, known as Sim Dope has been on the top trending lists on social media since the late AKA’s memorial service.

Dancing to the tunes of AKA, the fans known as the megacy didn’t know that the song is named after a real person.

According to Gumede, he met his friend AKA and he told him that he wrote a song that will immortalize him. One famous line from the song says “If i die bring me back as Sim Dope.”

“If I die I pray to God he bring me back as Sim Dope” ?? Legends Never Die. RIP King Forbes? #RIPAKA pic.twitter.com/GaJDaojAzd

.
In 2019 he surprised his son with a Porsche car worth R3.5million just because he passed matric. That’s when i started to notice him

Fans, also know that his house is the size of The Pavillion:

So Simdope, AKAs best friend since they were 11years old is actually SIMphiwe Gumede, Robert Gumede’s son (one of the richest men in SA)

Their home is like the size of The Pavilion, they drive some of the most expensive cars in the World from Rolls Royces to Ferraris etc. pic.twitter.com/BlpecPN2Mf

It came as a shock to the megacy that Sim Dope is a real person, since the news broke they have been having a keen interest on his life.

AKA IS ALIVE! If prayers are to be answered, then this is him standing beside his own grave.

He was so genius about this. He named himself “AKA” so that when God finally brings him back as Sim Dope, he’d already be “Also Known As” him ?#SimDope pic.twitter.com/LECTmZ3Rev
