Rapper and media personality Boity Thulo has bagged a reality TV show. Titled Boity: Own Your Throne, the show is set to air on BET and is the channel’s first local reality show. The show will follow Boity as her musical journey unfolds and give viewers an exclusive look at her quest to leave a long-lasting legacy in the entertainment industry.
The 13-episode show will see Boity striking a balance between her business, family, spirituality and music journey which has shot up in the past year. Boity Thulo sure does wear many hats and one of them includes been a trained Sangoma and she has been unapologetic about her spirituality as she has previously shared her experiences with fans on social media.
Spekaing on the show she said in part, “I am extremely excited to be working with BET Africa and VIMN Africa for the first time, a platform that has put a number of African stars on a global stage. I am grateful for BET Africa for choosing OWN YOUR THRONE to be the very first local reality show to premiere on BET Africa, OWN YOUR THRONE will give viewers insights on my personal life from my musical journey, family life, business and most importantly spirituality.”
Boity: Own Your Throne will debut on 5 February 2020 at 9:30 pm on BET (DStv channel 129).
