REVIEW: The ultimate make-up remover

by Fundiswa Nkwanyana
make-up remover

Our features writer Fundiswa Nkwanyana used Garnier Skin Naturals Micellar Cleansing Water, and tells us what she thinks.

I find removing make-up tedious and excruciating, especially eye make-up and long-lasting lipsticks. I have sensitive skin, so sleeping with make-up is detrimental to it. Because of this, I’ve had to endure this daily torture. I’ve tried removing it with face wipes and oil-based removers, but find these methods slow. Also, the fact that I still have to wash my face afterwards to remove the residue left by them is an issue.

All this came to an end when I discovered Garnier Skin Naturals Micellar Cleansing Water. Removing make-up has become a breeze. This light and gentle product easily removes make-up and daily grime. The winning ingredient is micellar water, which has molecules that act as dirt and oil magnets. I love that once I apply this perfume-free product onto the cotton pad, I don’t have to rub continuously to remove the make-up. And, it leaves my skin fresh and clean as there is no need to rinse my face. My skincare routine is now simpler because with just one product, I can cleanse and remove make-up in one easy step. Available at health and beauty retailers.
