5 amazing benefits of rooibos tea

Rooibos is indigenous to the Cederberg Mountains in the Western Cape. It is enjoyed globally, but only grows locally. It is gaining popularity as a caffeine-free healthy beverage. Professor Christo Muller, chief specialist scientist at the South African Medical Research Council (SAMRC), recommends drinking between five and six cups of rooibos tea per day.
