Trimmed Pork Chops
- 6–8 pork chops, trimmed
- 1 cup (250ml) honey
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 cup (250ml) Italian dressing
- 1 orange, cut into thick slices
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Salsa to serve
- In a bowl, combine honey, cumin seeds, dressing and orange slices. Season well.
- Marinate chops for 30–45 minutes. Grill on a braai, while brushing with marinade on each side until cooked through.
- Serve with salsa.
