Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 garlic clove,
  • 1 cabbage, shredded
  • 2 large carrots, sliced
  • 1? (5 cups) vegetable stock
  • 2 cups two-minute noodles (vegetable flavour), cooked
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in large saucepan; fry garlic until soft.
  2. Add cabbage, carrots and stock. Cover with a lid and cook for 40 minutes. Season well.
  3. Serve hot with noodles.
