Quick Tip: You can use any left over soup as a base to other dishes.
Recipe Type: Starter
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 garlic clove,
- 1 cabbage, shredded
- 2 large carrots, sliced
- 1? (5 cups) vegetable stock
- 2 cups two-minute noodles (vegetable flavour), cooked
- salt and pepper to taste
- Heat oil in large saucepan; fry garlic until soft.
- Add cabbage, carrots and stock. Cover with a lid and cook for 40 minutes. Season well.
- Serve hot with noodles.
