- 6 sardines, cleaned
- 6 bacon strips
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) curry paste
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) oil
- Spring fresh dill, chopped
- Lemon wedges to serve
- Preheat grill to 180°C.
- In a bowl, combine lemon juice, curry paste, oil and dill.
- Spread mixture inside sardines, close and wrap with bacon..
- Place in a baking tray and grill for 8–10 minutes.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
