Ingredients
  • 6 cups butternut, cut into thick cubes
  • ½ cup (125ml) oil
  • 3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoon (60ml) honey
  • 3 sprigs fresh thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180?C.
  2. In a roasting tray, mix the butternut, oil, cinnamon, honey, thyme and seasonings.
  3. Roast for 45 minutes or until soft and sticky.
  4. Serve immediately.
