Garlic Pork Stir-Fry recipe

Don’t let your leftover food go to waste – turn them into something delicious and tasteful the following day.

Prep time: 15 minutes

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Serves: 3–4

  • 2 cups roasted pork, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1 thumb-size fresh ginger, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon red curry paste
  • 1 fresh red chilli, deseeded and sliced
  • 4 tablespoons (60ml) thick soya sauce
  • 4 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
  • Handful fresh coriander, chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • Wraps, for serving
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry garlic and ginger for 3–4 minutes on medium heat.
  2. Add curry paste, chilli and sauces. Cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add pork and coriander. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve with wraps.
