Raspberries and Coconut Mousse recipe

Serves: 4–5

  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons coconut
  • 1 cup white chocolate sauce
  • 1 cup cream
  • Mint leaves, for serving
  • Granadilla pips, for serving
  1. In a bowl, whisk cream until soft-peak stage. Carefully fold in coconut and chocolate sauce.
  2. Pour into dessert bowl and place into refrigerator until set.
  3. Serve with raspberries, mint leaves and granadilla pips.
