Create a great treat to impress your loved ones using vanilla ice cream.

Prep time: 20 minutes
- 2 medium pineapples
- ½ cup (125ml) tequila
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup (250ml) pineapple juice or champagne
- Whipped cream to serve
- Lime slices to serve
- Cut and peel pineapples, and chop into small chunks.
- Blend until smooth and add tequila. Pour into glasses.
- Add ice cream, juice and cream. Finish with lime slices.
- Serve immediately.
