- 4 haddock steaks
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) lemon juice
- 2 cups Greek yoghurt
- Salt and pepper
- Season fish with salt and pepper.
- Heat butter and fry fish for 5–10 minutes each side. Remove from pan.
- Place garlic and mushrooms in pan, and cook for 4–5 minutes.
- Add lemon juice and yoghurt. Season.
- Serve with fish.
