Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 green chilli
  • 2 cups chicken livers
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • wraps to serve
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in frying pan; add onions, mushrooms, garlic and chilli; fry until soft.
  2. Add livers and curry powder.
  3. Cook on low heat for 5 – 7 minutes.
  4. Add cream, coriander and seasoning. Simmer until it reduces in size.
  5. Serve with wraps.
