Ingredients
  • ½ cup (125ml) margarine
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 large white cabbage, shredded
  • 1 kg (4-5 cups) frozen peas, thawed
  • 1L (4 cups) cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
  1. In a frying pan, melt margarine
  2. Add garlic, cook until soft.
  3. Add cabbage and peas. Reduce heat and cover. Cook until cabbage is soft.
  4. Add cream and cook for further 3-4 minutes.
  5. Season well and serve immediately.
