BEEF AND CHEESE SANDWICH
- 2 large panini bread
- ½ cup margarine
- ¾ cup (375ml) Dijon mustard
- 1 cup gherkins, sliced
- 8-9 beef pieces, grilled
- 8-9 slices of cheese
- Heat the griddle pan and grill the beef for 3-4 minutes.
- Meantime cut open the panini bread and spread with margarine.
- Spread the bread with Dijon mustard. Arrange gherkins, grilled beef and cheese. Serve immediately
