- 375g cocktail sausages
- 250g PnP Rindless Streaky Bacon
- 100g PnP Sweet and Sour Gherkins, sliced
- 100g PnP Cocktail Onions White
- Preheat oven to 220°C.
- Slice bacon in half, lengthwise. Wrap around individual sausages.
- Place on a baking tray and bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown and bacon is crisp.
- Place a toothpick with a slice of gherkin and cocktail onion on each bacon-wrapped sausage.
