  • Handful fresh kale, chopped
  • Handful fresh parsley
  • 2 green apples, chopped
  • 1 frozen banana, chopped
  • 3 cups green tea, cooled
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Lime wedges, for serving
  • Ice cubes, for serving
  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Serve with lime and ice cubes.
