1/2 packet (500g) Golden cloud scone Mix
3/4 cup (185ml) water
1/4 cup (60ml) blue cheese (or any strong cheese)
2 tablesppons (30ml) chopped peppadews
1 teaspoon (5ml) chopped fresh herbs
1. Preheat the oven to 200°
2. Whisk together the egg and milk.
3. Rub the margarine into the Golden cloud Scone Mix and add extra water if the mixture is very dry.
4. Press the dough out gently onto a floured surface and then using a cookie cutter, cut round disks.
5. Turn over so that the top of th scone becomes the bottom and brush with a beaten egg or milk and allow to rest for 20 minutes.
6. Bake till light brown
