Chicken wings
 

3 tablesoons (45ml) oil oil
1 tablespoon (15ml) white vingear
900g chicken wings
1/2 teasponn (3ml) corase salt
2 tablesppns (30ml) cake fllour (for dusting)
2 teaspoon (10ml) spicy Portuguese chicken spice

Creamy sauce dip:
1/2 cup (125ml) Nestle Caramel sauce
1/2 cup (125ml) Nestle' Creme
85g strong cheese (Cheddar or Blue cheese)
1/2 teaspoon (3ml) Paparika
1/2 teaspoon (3ml) fresh chopped garlick
1/2 a cup (125ml) fresh plain youghurt salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon (5ml) chopped fresh parsely

Chicken wings
1. Mix olive oil, vinegar, wings, salt cake flour and chicken spice in a plastic bag
2. Add the chicken wings and shake well t ensure an even coating and bake in a pre -heated oven at 200 C till cookes and cripsy

Creamy sauce dip
1. Combine Nestle Caramel Suce, Nestle cream and all the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and cook over a moderate heat until the cheese is melted. Adjust seasoning to taste,
