Dough
3 cups 750 ml Golden Cloud cake wheat flour
10g instant yeast
1 teaspoon (5ml) sugar
1 teaspoon (5ml) salt
1 cup (250ml) luke warm water
1 tablespoon (15ml) olive oil
Topping
1/2 cup (125ml) All Gold Tomato & Onion Mix
6 Tablespoons (60ml) All Gold Tomoato paste
2 teaspoons (10ml) dries herbs
1 cups (250ml) cooked savoury mince
fresh basil to taste
sliced mushrooms
Italian sausage (or bacon)
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup (125ml) All Gold Tomato & onion mix
1 cup (250ml) grated cheese (cheddar or Mozzarella)
1. In a mixer, combine the Golden Cloud Cake Wheat Flour and other dry ingredients.
2. Add the lukewarm water and olive oil.
3. Work to form a dough and leave to rest for 20 minute, or until dough doubles in volume.
4. On a floured surface, roll out dough into a 30 cm circle and pinch over the first 1.5 cm of the sides to form a ripples crust.
5.Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 5-7 minutes
6. Remove from the oven an dwhile warm, spread the All Gold Tomato & Onion Mix and All Gold tomato paste evenly over the base.
7. Add toppings and lastly the cheese.
8. Bake till cheese has melted completeley (10-15 minutes) |
