1/2 packet (500g) Golden Cloud Savoury Muffin Mix
150ml (2/3 cup) sunflower oil
320 ml (11/3 cup) milk
2 Eggs
1 cups (250 ml) corn kernels
1 teaspoon (5ml) mixed fresh herbs
1. in a mixer, combine the ingredients as per the Golden Cloud Savoury Muffin Mix instructions.
2. Add the corn kernels and mixed herbs
3. Divide mixture into muffin pans and bake at 180 C till fully bakes.
Note Serve with creme cheese, bean sprouts and fresh herbs
